If the sewage pump has strong vibration during use, please stop and check the cause, otherwise it will also cause damage to the pump. 3. When the bottom valve of the sewage pump leaks, someone fills the pump valve accessories with dry soil into the pump inlet pipe and rinses it with water to the bottom valve, which is really not advisable. When the dry soil is put into the water inlet pipe, it will enter the pump when the pump starts to work, and damage the impeller and bearing of the pump, thereby shortening the service life of the pump. When the foot valve leaks, it must be repaired. If it is serious, it needs to be replaced with a new one. 4. After the sewage pump is used, be sure to pay attention to its maintenance. For example, when the pump runs out, you should rinse the water in the pump. It’s best to remove the hose and rinse it off with clean water. 5. The tape on the sewage pump should also be removed, then rinsed with water and dried in the light. Do not place the tape in a dark, damp place. The tape of the water pump must not be stained with oil, let alone sticky things. 6. Carefully check whether there are cracks on the impeller, and whether the impeller is loose on the bearing. If there are cracks and looseness, it should be repaired in time. If there is dirt on the impeller of the sewage pump, it should be cleaned up. 7. The interface between the water pump and the pipeline must be sealed, because if any debris enters the sewage pump, it will be damaged. 8. The bearing on the sewage pump is also the focus of inspection. After use, check the bearings for wear. If the water pump is used for a long time, the ball in the bearing will be broken. Therefore, it is best to apply a layer of lubricating oil on the bearing after the water pump is used to better protect the water pump bearing.
