Self-priming pump is a self-priming centrifugal pump, which has the advantages of compact structure, convenient operation, stable operation, easy maintenance, high efficiency, long life, and strong self-priming capacity. There is no need to install the bottom valve in the pipeline, and only need to ensure that there is quantitative liquid injection in the pump body before working. Different liquids can use different materials of self-priming pump.

working principle

If the suction liquid level is below the impeller, it should be pre-filled with water when starting, which is very inconvenient. In order to store water in the pump, a bottom valve needs to be installed at the inlet of the suction pipe. When the pump is working, the bottom valve causes a large hydraulic loss. The so-called self-priming pump does not need to be irrigated before starting (the first start after installation still needs to be irrigated). After a short time of operation, the pump itself can suck up the water and put it into normal work.
